Use the form on the right to submit critical documents to ACB. For growers, to confirm that you have shipped the produce to your buyer, please fill out the required information and upload the following documents:
- Bill of Lading
- Load Manifest
- Initial Invoice
For buyers, to confirm that you have received the shipment of produce you ordered, please fill out the required information and upload the following documents:
- Bill of Lading
- Inspection Certificate (if cross border is required)
- Final Invoice (invoice buyer is obligated to pay)
