At BBG Foods, we recognize the importance of social development from our collaborators.  Our policies have been developed based on the social well-being of each one of them.

We actively collaborate with different international organizations that govern social responsibility and currently comply with international regulations and guidelines for sustainable development.  In addition, we provide continuous technical and emotional training schemes, among others, in order to increase their level of satisfaction and productivity levels to achieve greater benefits throughout the program.
