Shipping Policy
Shipping service can be given to any part of the USA. Please request quote. Additional Fees will be applied. If buyer requests merchandise insurance, this can also be included.
Pick up will be at the agreed date and time by the buyer and Alamut Distributor LLC. If pick up is delayed buyer is responsible for additional warehouse fees.
Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted. Buyer has 15 days to request a return of product in poor condition only.
After receipt of the purchase order, cancellations are not accepted.
